ISO 45001 is the first international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). It provides a framework that organizations can use to identify and control health and safety risks and improve their OHS performance. The standard is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and includes requirements for organizational leadership, worker participation, hazard identification and control, incident investigation, and continual improvement.
